Our legacy

Committed to quality dentistry for over 65 years, Shaghalian Family Dental is devoted to comprehensive and preventive patient care.

Established in 1940 by Dr. Sarkis M. Shaghalian, the practice was relocated to its present location in Rumford in 1953.

Dr. Walter R. Shaghalian joined the practice in 1972 and worked with his father until Dr. Sarkis Shaghalian retired in 1984.

In 2005, Dr. Justin W. Shaghalian joined the practice with his father, becoming the third generation at Shaghalian Family Dental. Sadly, on April 14, 2022, Dr. Justin W. Shaghalian passed away.
